Miriam Rothenburger is a senior pharma leader with more than 20 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/CMO-Industry. She offers an excellent track record in leadership, operational excellence and organisational development. Miriam has held several senior management positions in various global companies, e.g. Schering (now Bayer) Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Hexal, Fresenius Kabi, Biotest and Aenova. She is a change driven player with a strong strategic mindset and high compliance standards who brings a lot of passion in day-to-day working.

Miriam`s functional experience focuses on leadership, production and process management, supply chain, improvement projects, inspection readiness, and other projects covering several pharmaceutical technologies (aseptic/liquids/solids/biotech/cell & gene/bulk production/packaging). Her expertise also covers quality affairs, training as well as coaching.

Miriam is a pharmacist and holds a PhD degree from Institute of Pharmacology & Toxicology, Technical University of Brunswik, Germany.

Markus Rothenburger is a senior executive and medical professional with more than 25 years of clinical, medical & regulatory affairs, project management, strategy, KOL management and leadership experience. Markus has held senior management positions in several Hospitals (e.g. Central Military Hospital Koblenz, Westphalian Wilhelms University of Muenster), as well as executive roles in pharmaceutical and Biotech industries, e.g. Novartis, Fresenius Kabi, Biotest AG and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. He is highly skilled in the end to end delivery of value-added commercial solutions / process improvements from the Medical Affairs point of view; coordinating and developing high performance strategy in order to meet and exceed key global commercial and clinical objectives. He has managed multiple projects, conducted product launches and relaunches, published over 100 peer reviewed articles, built a reliable global key opinion leader network, cultivated excellent teaching skills, and gained broad experience in different cultures, working cross-functionally and in global teams.
